Príbeh sa odohráva kopírujúc udalosti v Black Mesa (originálny Half-Life príbeh), no hráč sa ujíma role pracovníka bezpečnostnej služby v komplexe Black-Mesa, Barneyho Calhouna. Po výbuchu chce nájsť Dr. Rosenberga, s ktorého pomocou sa chcú teleportovať mimo základňu. Hra obsahuje iba hru pre jedného hráča.

The story is located in Black Mesa, in the time of the Original Half-Life story, but the player assumes the role of a security officer in Black Mesa complex, Barney Calhoune. After the explosion he wants to find Dr. Rosenberg and with his help teleport outside the base. The game contains only Singleplayer.
