0. Obsah

1. Informácie publikované prostredníctvom služby nie sú preverované. Služba nezaručuje aktuálnosť, dôveryhodnosť a relevantnosť publikovaných správ.
2. Prevádzkovateľ stránky nevykonáva schvaľovanie, úpravu, zostavovanie alebo výber obsahu pridaného užívateľmi pred tým než je zverejnený na stránke a ani potom.
3. Za obsah príspevkov zodpovedajú autori príspevkov. Prevádzkovateľ stránky nepreberá zodpovednosť za obsah pridaný užívateľmi služby.
4. Prevádzkovateľ stránky bez zbytočného odkladu odstráni protiprávny obsah ak sa o tom dozvie alebo ak o to požiada dotknutá osoba. Požiadavky treba smerovať na email spravcavbrute@gmail.com pričom je potrebné uviesť kde sa takýto obsah na stránke nachádza.
5. Užívatelia vkladajúci do fóra webové linky-adresy (odkazy) vedúce k obsahu na iných webových stránkach zodpovedajú za to, že obsah na týchto stránkach nie je zjavnom rozpore s platnou legislatívou, dobrými mravmi, Netiketou a aktuálnymi podmienkami prevádzkovateľa BRUT.me.
6. Užívatelia vkladajúci na stránku textový (príspevky v diskusii, blogu, shoutboxu a chate) alebo obrazový (nap. obrázok v diskusii, galérii) obsah zodpovedajú za súlad s platnou legislatívou v plnej miere.

I. Súlad s platnou legislatívou a dobrými mravmi

1. Príspevky od užívateľov (linky, adresy, názvy, prezývky, komentáre atď.) musia byť v súlade s platnou legislatívou SR. V opačnom prípade budú príspevky zmodifikované alebo vymazané.
Ide najmä o:
a) Príspevky zasahujúce do súkromia iných osôb bez ich súhlasu.
b) Príspevky obsahujúce nenávistný prejav voči jednotlivcovi alebo skupine identifikovanej národnosťou, pohlavím, sexuálnou orientáciou, výzorom alebo inými podobnými vlastnosťami.
c) Príspevky obsahujúce nepravdivý obsah o iných osobách ktorý by im mohol spôsobiť ujmu.
d) Príspevky obsahujúce pornografický materiál ktorý je trestný (detská pornografia, a pod.)
e) Príspevky ktoré by mohli byť považované za napomáhanie alebo schvaľovanie trestnej činnosti, prípadne ktoré by same o sebe mohli naplniť skutkovú podstatu trestného činu (napr. poskytovanie návodu na spáchanie trestného činu).
f) Príspevky ktoré obsahujú autorské dielo alebo jeho časť bez súhlasu autora a nejde o "krátku časť zverejneného diela vo forme citácie".
g) Poskytovateľ „Služieb“ odstráni príspevky alebo zamedzí k ním prístup ak sa dozvie o ich protiprávnosti.
h) Poskytovateľ „Služieb“ neodstráni príspevky ktoré neporušujú tieto podmienky používania služby.
2. Všetky údaje vložené a zaznamenané službou (IP adresa, skutočná prezývka zaregistrovaného užívateľa a ostatné údaje zadané pri registrácii) nebudu zverejnené ani poskytnuté tretím stranám.
3. Stránka nevyžaduje zadanie osobných údajov pomocou ktorých by bolo možné užívateľa identifikovať. Ak užívateľ omylom alebo dobrovoľne zadá osobné údaje, môže ich nechať odstrániť napísaním Súkromnej správy vo fóre užívateľovi Brut, v ktorom uvedie kde na fóre sa jeho osobné údaje nachádzajú.

II. Obmedzenia

1. Užívateľ nesmie využívať naše služby na účely komerčného zisku. Ide najmä o publikovanie reklamy, organizovanie zbierok, ankiet, výskumov a propagáciu svojich komerčných služieb. Výnimku tvorí inzercia alebo iné projekty oficiálne schválené Brutom.
2. Užívateľ sa nesmie vydávať alebo svojim konaním poškodzovať identitu, dobré meno alebo prezývku (t.j. meno ktoré používa iný užívateľ na tejto službe) iných užívateľov alebo iných právnických alebo fyzických osôb, ktorí službu nepoužívajú. Na podnet takto poškodeného užívateľa môže prevádzkovateľ stránky zmeniť príspevok tak, aby bol v súlade s podmienkami.
3. Užívateľ nesmie nekalým spôsobom ovplyvňovať ankety ani bodové hodnotenie obrázkov v Galérii. Za nekalé ovplyvňovanie sa považuje najmä: využívanie proxy serverov, hlasovanie cez iframe, javascript, alebo obdobným spôsobom z inej web stránky, zmeny IP adresy, či už statickej alebo dynamickej, hlasovanie cez ďalších vytvorených užívateľov, hlasovanie v zhode, navádzanie iných osôb na hlasovanie v zhode.
4. Používateľ nesmie spamovať stránku, shoutbox ani chat. Spamovaním sa rozumie nadmerné pridávanie príspevkov ktoré majú za cieľ zhoršiť použiteľnosť stránky pre ostatných užívateľov.
5. Rozhodovanie o vhodnosti obsahu príspevku s pravidlami „Služby“ prináleží spravcovi stránky.
6. Prevádzkovateľ služby môže bez upovedomenia a bez predchádzajúceho súhlasu užívateľov služby presunúť príspevok, tému, blog, obrázok, komentár do inej témy, ak ju vyhodnotí ako vhodnejšiu.
7. Prevádzkovateľ služby môže bez upovedomenia a bez predchádzajúceho súhlasu užívateľov služby odstrániť príspevok, tému, blog, obrázok, komentár alebo inú informáciu zverejnenú na svojich stránkach, ktorú prevádzkovateľ vyhodnotí že je v rozpore s pravidlami prevádzkovania služby, dobrými mravmi alebo jeho záujmami.
8. Prevádzkovateľ stránky môže z vlastnej vôle odstrániť osobné údaje z príspevkov, tém, blogov, obrázkov a komentárov.

III. Zaverečné ustanovenia

1. Prevádzkovateľ služby si vyhradzuje právo zmeny týchto podmienok používania, a to aj bez predchádzajúceho upozornenia.

1. Contributions from users (links, addresses, names, nicknames, comments, etc.) must be in accordance with applicable Slovak legislation. Otherwise, contributions will be modified or deleted.
This mainly concerns:
a) Contributions that infringe on the privacy of other persons without their consent.
b) Contributions containing hate speech against an individual or group identified by nationality, gender, sexual orientation, appearance or other similar characteristics.
c) Contributions containing false content about other persons that could cause them harm.
d) Posts containing pornographic material that is criminal (child pornography, etc.)
e) Posts that could be considered aiding or abetting criminal activity, or that could in themselves fulfill the essence of a crime (e.g. providing instructions for committing a crime).
f) Posts that contain a work of authorship or a part thereof without the author's consent and are not a "short part of a published work in the form of a quotation".
g) The "Services" provider will remove posts or block access to them if it becomes aware of their illegality.
h) The "Services" provider will not remove posts that do not violate these terms of use of the service.
2. All data entered and recorded by the service (IP address, real nickname of the registered user and other data entered during registration) will not be published or provided to third parties.
3. The site does not require the entry of personal data that could be used to identify the user.
