Príbeh sa odohráva tesne po výbuchu v Black Mesa komplexe (originálny Half-Life príbeh). Hráč sa tentokrát ujíma postavy armádneho korporála Adriana Shepharda (U.S. Marines), ktorý letí vrtulníkom aj so svojím tímom do základne urobiť poriadok. Jeho presná misia je utajená. No zostrelenie ich V-22 Osprey ho prinúti bojovať o vlastný život. Hra obsahuje hru pre jedného hráča a takisto aj hru pre viacerých hráčov. BRUT.me má spustené jeden ONLINE Herný server Opposing Force Deathmatch (niekedy beží v móde Capture the Flag).

The story is located right after the explosion in Black Mesa complex (original Half-Life story). This time assumes the player the role of a military corporal Adrian Shephard (U.S. Marines), who is transported with his team by a helicopter into the Black mesa complex to bring order to chaoss. His specific mission is undisclosed. But the shot down of their V-22 Osprey makes him fight for his own life. The game contains Singleplayer and Multiplayer. BRUT.me runs one ONLINE Gameserver Opposing Force Deathmatch (it runs sometimes in capture the Flag mod).
