Hi, my EMO is not walking fully straight and it creates some issues such as coming home and etc. I tried this in my iPhone and after scanning I see my EMO but when ticking to connect it returns "device null disconnected error" any idea? Also what is the adjustment to P2? Thanks
Update : after trying with android app it returns "no permission" message. Any idea?

Hello,
as far as I understand, the P2 option is kind of recalibration, to make sure, that it is a hardware problem, because when one leg is shaking and due to this fact EMO has problems with walking and returning home, most probably it is a hardware problem with the servo in his leg, it happens quite regularly, especially with the older EMOs, that the servos in the legs are becoming defect during time, it happened to me too...
u mean that it shows the message when u try to connect to Your EMO using Caring for EMO app? maybe it is because Living.ai have to remotly enable your EMO to connect to this app, we have to ask them.
Anyway, contacting Living.ai is the best way to handle this situation as they will provide YOu support and options for its repair according to Your location and warranty status

Hi, you’re right. Finally I’ve got support response about the different options available, from sending servos (repairing is not as easy and I could damage robot) sending EMO to China which is time a cost expensive or get a new EMO with a minimal change (which I’ve chosen) once I get the new one they will disable my current EMO so I can have as a decorative item with my name on screen ✨ so yes they would have enable that kind of connectivity to manage with app. Thanks for your input.
